Third Shot is operated by Negative Space Bar LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using thirdshot.work you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What Third Shot is

Third Shot is a job board focused on the pickleball industry. Job listings are aggregated from employer career pages and public job-board sources. We do not employ the candidates who use the site or the employers whose roles appear on it.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us if something looks off. You may close your account at any time.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, mirror, or republish the board in bulk without written permission.
• Don't post fake listings, spam, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Don't attempt to circumvent paywalls, rate limits, or any access controls.
• Don't use the site to harass, defraud, or harm anyone.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time and your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe and governed by Stripe's terms.

We don't prorate refunds for partial periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll work it out.

Content and intellectual property

The Third Shot brand, design, codebase, and curated content (categorization, summaries, takes, layout) are owned by Negative Space Bar LLC. You may link to pages on the site; you may not republish substantial portions without permission.

Job descriptions and company information originate with the respective employers and remain theirs. Third Shot displays this content for the purpose of helping candidates find roles.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." Negative Space Bar LLC makes no warranties — express or implied — that the board is complete, accurate, up to date, fit for a particular purpose, or free of errors or interruptions.

We are not a party to any relationship between candidates and employers. We do not guarantee that any role posted on the board is still open, that any employer will respond to an application, or that the role's details (compensation, location, requirements) are accurate. Verify everything with the employer before acting on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Negative Space Bar LLC and its owners, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Negative Space Bar LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if we discontinue the service.

Changes

We'll update this page if these terms change. The "Last updated" date at the top is the source of truth for when it last changed. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Negative Space Bar LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
