\nHelp people find their next favorite place to play. The Picklr is hiring a front desk team member to welcome guests, build member relationships, and keep our indoor pickleball club running smoothly.
\nPay and perks

- Base pay of $20/hour, plus uncapped commissions on memberships and merchandise under the club commission plan. Total earnings can reach $25/hour including commissions, depending on sales performance. \n

What you'll do

- Welcome members and guests, handle check-ins, and answer questions. \n
- Give club tours, explain memberships, and help guests choose the right option. \n
- Support membership, pro shop, and event sales; process payments accurately. \n
- Help with court reservations and registration for leagues, lessons, clinics, and tournaments. \n
- Restock merchandise and keep courts, common areas, and food and beverage spaces clean and organized. \n
Schedule and fit
\nFull-time, onsite. Late-afternoon and weekend availability is required; specific shifts will be discussed during the interview.
\nWe're looking for a dependable, friendly self-starter who is proactive on the job, solves problems, and shows an eagerness to learn and contribute. You should be comfortable starting conversations and working toward sales goals. High school diploma or GED required. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful; prior experience is not required.
