Front desk and member services role at Pickleball Kingdom's indoor facility in Hamilton, NJ.
What you'll do
- Greet members and guests, creating a welcoming front-desk environment
- Educate members on open play, DUPR ratings, court reservations, and programming
- Assist with membership inquiries, billing support, and new member onboarding
- Manage incoming phones and emails professionally
- Coordinate with coaches and staff to ensure lessons and clinics run on schedule
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and pro-shop area
- Monitor inventory and alert management when restocking is needed
What we're looking for
- Hospitality-first mindset with friendly, energetic personality
- Ability to multitask calmly in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
- Comfortable with email, basic spreadsheets, and booking systems
- Available for evenings, weekends, and special events
- Interest in pickleball is a plus
