As a Cold Eats Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving our signature treats, ensuring excellent service to our guests, maintaining a clean , and organized workspace. Your passion for unique cold treats, hospitality, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the overall guest experience at Relish.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hand-dipped ice cream, shakes, floats, sundaes, acai bowls, cotton candy, and smoothies according to our recipes and standards.

Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately.

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs and preferences.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work atmosphere.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for the entire shift.
