GLPC is a state-of-the-art indoor pickleball and golf simulator club featuring:

And yes… when the club isn’t busy, team members are welcome to jump on the courts or use the golf simulators.
What You’ll Do
As part of the Pickleball Pit Crew, no two days are exactly the same. You’ll help create an unforgettable experience for members and guests while keeping operations running smoothly.
Daily Responsibilities
Greet members and guests with energy and professionalism
Assist with court check-ins and reservations
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming club environment
Support leagues, events, parties, and programming
Reset courts and social areas between play
Stock supplies and assist with light operational tasks
Answer questions and help guests navigate the club
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Create a fun atmosphere and positive member interactions
Support food truck nights, tournaments, mixers, and special events
Closing Duties
Every Pit Crew member helps finish the day strong. Typical closing duties may include:
Wiping down tables, counters, and common areas
Sanitizing pickleball paddles, balls, and simulator stations
Resetting lounge and seating areas
Taking out trash and replacing liners
Sweeping courts and social spaces as needed
Restocking towels, supplies, and beverages
Ensuring locker rooms and bathrooms are clean and presentable
Turning off TVs, lights, simulators, and music systems as directed
Securing doors and confirming the club is ready for the next day

Specifically seeking team members available for night shifts and weekend coverage, including Saturdays and Sundays
No pickleball experience? No problem. We can teach you the game — we’re looking for personality, work ethic, and energy.
