What you'll do
- Conduct private and group lessons, clinics, drill sessions, and workshops for all skill levels
- Assist with developing and implementing comprehensive pickleball instructional programs
- Organize and run pickleball tournaments, leagues, and social events
- Manage Open Play sessions with flexibility to participate
- Provide personalized feedback and customized training plans for players
- Maintain Court Reserve online reservation system, ensuring accurate scheduling and court blocking
- Stay current with industry trends, teaching methodologies, and pickleball rules
What we're looking for
- Experience teaching pickleball to adult and junior players
- Ability to conduct lessons, clinics, and organized competitive play
- Familiarity with court reservation systems (Court Reserve preferred)
- Knowledge of DUPR ratings and league play operations
- Strong customer service orientation suited to a hospitality environment
