Pickleball Front Desk Team
Job Overview
Front desk team members are the face of Pickleball Kingdom. We’re looking for extremely friendly, dependable, and 100% hands on service oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings, enjoy multitasking, and take pride in being part of a vibrant team. Front desk team members may also be responsible for handling customer complaints or questions about services and products we provide or have for sale.
They should know our various products and how to sell them, e.g., paddles, snacks, apparel, etc. They should know the pricing for all memberships and be able to explain the differences when asked.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Guest Experience:
Greet all members and guests with a warm, “Welcome to the Kingdom!”
Assist with check-ins, court reservations, and membership inquiries.
Provide accurate information on classes, programs, leagues, and events.
Talk with clients to start new memberships or follow up on past memberships. Be familiar with all of our memberships and the benefits of each one.
Give tours and ensure all guests feel welcomed and informed.
Administrative & Communication Support
Answer phone calls professionally.
Manage court bookings and keep member records accurate and up to date.
Process transactions and retail sales using our POS system.
Read and contribute to internal shift notes; make announcements as needed.
Facility Operations & Presentation
Open and close the facility following standard procedures.
Ensure the lobby, lounge, front desk, and restrooms are clean and organized.
Monitor safety and cleanliness across the facility; report issues promptly.
Restock merchandise and maintain product displays.
Programs, Events & Team Contribution
Support Pickleball 101 classes, clinics, and events by setting up and assisting guests.
Promote membership benefits and merchandise.
Collaborate with coaches, staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed and grow.

Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Comfortable with POS and mobile app systems.
